flow of genealogical information between those interested in the Scad/d/ans/ens/engs/ings
however they spell our name.
All information about the Scad* families
will be welcome at the address below, and will be incorporated on the web
page as soon as possible.
Research has linked certain parts
of the family in Devon and Dorset, but there are many other branches, in
Cornwall, Somerset, Canada, New Zealand, Australia the United States and
many other places that have still to be connected.
Ultimately we would like to know where
our name came from (was it Celtic as many assume?) and to connect as many
present-day Scad*s as possible with their roots.
